What ACARO is

ACARO is software for algorithmic trading: a website with a personal cabinet and the ACARO Terminal and ACARO Reflex applications. The application connects to your own account at a crypto exchange using API keys you create yourself, and sends trading commands there according to the rules you set.

ACARO is not an exchange, a broker, a bank, a payment service or an asset manager. We do not take funds under management, do not hold your crypto and do not trade on our own behalf at your expense. Every trade happens in your account with a third-party operator, on that operator's terms.

Your account

• The service may only be used by adults for whom it is not prohibited by the law of their country.
• Registration details must be accurate and the email address must belong to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and second factor safe and for everything done under your account.
• The account is personal. Sharing access, splitting a subscription or reselling it is not allowed.
• A limited number of devices may be connected to one account at a time; extra sessions are revoked.

Subscription and payment

Access to the applications is granted by subscription. Current plans and durations are listed on the pricing page. Payment is made by crypto transfer; access is activated once the network confirms it.

The subscription does not renew automatically: nothing is charged without your action. When the term ends, starting new strategies becomes unavailable, while already running ones continue through a short grace period and then stop.

Nothing is sold inside the applications: buying and renewing a subscription happens only in the cabinet on the website.

Refunds

If the service did not work out for you, write to support@acaro.xxx and describe the situation. We review the request and refund the payment under the rules that applied to your plan at the time of purchase.

No refund is issued if access was terminated because of a breach of these terms.

Acceptable use

If trading is detected while the subscription is bypassed, terminal access for the account is suspended and the tokens issued to the application are revoked. Access is restored automatically as soon as the subscription is active again.

• Do not bypass the subscription check, break protection mechanisms, decompile the applications or distribute modified builds.
• Do not resell access, offer the service to third parties as a service of your own, or use it to manage other people's funds without the relevant permissions.
• Do not put load on our servers beyond ordinary use and do not automate requests to them outside the application's normal capabilities.
• Do not use the service for anything prohibited by the law of your country or by the rules of your exchange.

Risk and no investment advice

Trading crypto assets and derivatives carries a high risk, up to the loss of all invested funds. Using borrowed funds magnifies both profit and loss.

ACARO is a tool, not advice. We do not provide investment, legal or tax recommendations and do not assess whether a given strategy suits you. Every parameter, the position size, the choice of instruments and the moment to start are decided by you.

Results obtained on historical data, in parameter searches or in simulations do not guarantee future results. The match between a simulation and live trading is limited: fees, slippage, liquidity and exchange failures change the outcome.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Trading depends on things outside our control: exchange availability and rules, the state of your server and network, API limits, operating system updates. We are not responsible for the actions of an exchange, including rule changes, delays, rejected orders and trading halts.

Limitation of liability

We do not compensate trading losses, lost profit or indirect damages arising from use of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription for the last paid period.

This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it.

Intellectual property

The applications, source code, interface, strategy texts, documentation and trademark belong to ACARO. For the duration of your subscription you receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the applications as intended. No other rights are granted.

Applications installed from the App Store

These terms are an agreement between you and ACARO, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account by writing to support@acaro.xxx.

We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, for attempts to bypass the subscription check, or where the law requires it. We notify the account email of the grounds.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at /terms and the update date is shown at the top of the page. We announce material changes in the cabinet or by email; by continuing to use the service you accept the new version.

Disputes and contact

We try to resolve disputes in writing first: write to support@acaro.xxx and we will reply on the merits. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the manner set by applicable law.
